Take out your smallest c...The candied bacon smell? Take out your smallest crock pot, add a quart or two of water and dump in a whole box of baking soda. Let it sit on low all day (or all night) with the cover off. That should take care of the smell. Add more water if it seems to be evaporating too quickly.
